Job summary

Surbana Jurong Consultants Pte Ltd is seeking an analytical and collaborative Operations/Finance Analyst in Singapore to conduct detailed financial and operational analyses, gather stakeholder requirements, and drive automation-driven improvements. You will work with Finance, Product, IT, and Customer Success to implement scalable solutions and monitor key metrics.

The role requires at least 3 years in analytics, strong Excel skills, and the ability to communicate complex business requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, financial analysis, or process improvement roles.
Strong interpersonal and people skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence across teams.
Proficiency in financial and data analysis using Excel and/or other analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Proven ability to understand and communicate business requirements clearly.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct detailed financial and operational analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Engage with internal stakeholders to gather and understand user requirements, translating them into actionable system or process changes.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Product, IT, Customer Success) to ensure alignment and successful implementation of solutions.
Review current business processes and recommend improvements, including the adoption of automation tools and systems.
Support process redesign and documentation efforts, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance.
Monitor key metrics and prepare regular reports and dashboards to inform leadership decisions.
Build strong working relationships with colleagues at all levels, fostering a collaborative and solution-oriented environment.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of operational excellence.
Handle employee-related administrative tasks and conduct regular performance evaluations, set goals, provide constructive feedback, and support employee development and career growth
