Job summary

BGC Group Pte Ltd is seeking a data analytics support specialist to extract, cleanse and maintain datasets for reporting needs. You will develop and optimize Power BI dashboards and ensure data accuracy across multiple workstreams.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma or Degree in Business, Analytics or related fields, with strong Excel skills and experience in data processing and validation. This is a 12-month on-site role based on Thomson Road in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in relevant fields such as Business Administration, Office Management, Administrative Services or Data Analytics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly in data extraction, cleansing and manipulation.
• Familiarity with Power BI dashboard development and data processing.

Responsibilities

• Extract, cleanse, process and maintain datasets to support reporting and operational requirements.
• Develop, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Support data processing activities and maintain data quality across assigned workstreams.
