Responsibilities

• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), sales performance, operational costs, and productivity.
• Assist management in analyzing business performance and making informed decisions.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend practical process improvements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities.
• Track and analyze business expenses, revenue, and other operational metrics.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
• Maintain accurate business records, reports, databases, and documentation.
• Conduct market and business research to support new initiatives and projects.
• Assist in developing and improving standard operating procedures and internal processes.
