Job summary

Sembcorp Singapore is seeking a data analytics professional to design and automate dashboards, turning complex data into actionable insights for marketing, sales and operations.

You will work with stakeholders to turn questions into analyses, build data pipelines, ensure data quality and governance, and deliver decision-ready outputs that improve customer acquisition, retention and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in a quantitative, business, technology or engineering-related discipline.
• Experience in commercial analytics and reporting, revenue operations, marketing analytics or related role.
• Strong analytical foundation with experience in customer journeys, conversion funnels, retention and KPIs.
• Hands-on capability in VBA, PowerBI, Power Query, Power Automate; Python or SQL is an advantage.
• Ability to structure ambiguous questions and communicate clear, decision-oriented answers.
• Experience automating recurring reporting and improving data governance.
• Good understanding of data quality, privacy and governance when handling customer data.

Responsibilities

• Enable faster, confident decisions by building automated data pipelines and dashboards.
• Reduce manual reporting by automating recurring reports and data workflows.
• Turn business questions into structured analyses with actionable recommendations.
• Develop alerts and decision-support tools for material changes.
• Improve forecasting and planning accuracy for customer-base movement.
• Link and reconcile data across customer, web, CRM, billing and operations sources.
• Establish data definitions, quality checks and access controls for trusted outputs.
• Apply fit-for-purpose analytics and AI tools while ensuring data protection and governance.
