Qualifications

• Degree in a quantitative, business, technology or engineering-related discipline.
• Experience in commercial analytics and reporting, revenue operations, marketing analytics or related role.
• Strong analytical foundation and practical experience with customer journeys, conversion funnels, retention, campaign performance and KPIs.
• Hands-on capability in VBA, PowerBI, Power Query, Power Automate; Python or SQL is an advantage; AI use experience is an advantage.
• Ability to structure ambiguous business questions, work with imperfect data and communicate clear, decision-oriented answers.
• Experience automating recurring reporting or workflows and improving controls and documentation.
• Good understanding of data quality, privacy and governance when working with customer data.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; able to challenge assumptions constructively.
• A builder's mindset: curious, practical, detail-oriented and motivated by actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Propose, build and maintain automated data pipelines and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Automate recurring reports and data preparation to reduce manual effort.
• Turn business questions into analyses and actionable recommendations.
• Develop alerts and decision-support tools for material changes.
• Improve forecasting accuracy and planning for customer data movements.
• Connect and reconcile data across sources with data governance and access controls.
• Collaborate with Digital and system owners to improve data availability and reliability.
