Job summary
Capgemini Singapore is seeking a data analytics professional to build customer-centric dashboards from transaction data and external sources, and to design analytics frameworks for prospect targeting, wallet share analysis, propensity modeling, and campaign management.
The role also covers fraud pattern identification, data enrichment, and data quality governance, with exposure to Power BI, SQL, SAS, Python, and modern visualization tools.
Qualifications
- Experience with PowerBI, SSIS, SSAS, data modelling and SQL.
- Experience with Python, R or SAS for analytics.
- Familiarity with big data, ML and predictive algorithms.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or QlikView.
Responsibilities
- Prepare customer centric dashboards from transaction channels and external data sources.
- Develop analytics framework for prospect targeting, wallet share analysis, propensity modeling and campaign management.
- Identify fraud patterns to assure sales quality and prioritization.
- Support data related projects including data enrichment and data quality governance.
