Job summary

Talentsis in Singapore is seeking a seasoned analytics professional to develop, implement and maintain advanced analytics systems, turning complex problems into simple data-driven frames.

You will gather requirements from business leaders, build dashboards with Power BI/Tableau, validate data, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve processes and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of BI/data analyst experience.
• Bachelor's in Mathematics, Computer Science or Statistics.
• Proficient with ETL, XML, JavaScript, Python, SQL, HTML/CSS.
• Strong analytical and visualization skills.
• Experience with Excel, SPSS, SAS, Tableau, Power BI.
• CBIP and Power BI certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain analytics systems.
• Create dashboards and visualizations highlighting KPIs.
• Validate data from multiple sources and ensure readiness for analysis.
• Translate stakeholder needs into data pipelines and projects.
• Assist in the project lifecycle and planning with Digital Business Partner.
• Identify trends to drive improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.
