Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented banking operations professional to investigate and resolve customer remittance queries. You will coordinate with business units and agent banks to ensure timely resolution of issues and processing of failed remittances according to procedures.

The role requires a finance-related diploma or degree and 6–12 months of banking operations experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
• 6–12 months of experience in banking operations or payments is preferred
• Experience in remittance or banking payments is a plus
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (O365)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with teammates

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve customer remittance queries per SLA and payment guidelines
• Collaborate with business units and banks to resolve remittance issues
• Process failed remittances according to procedures
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks as directed by Team Manager

Job scopes

• Investigate and resolve customer remittances queries in accordance with established service level agreement and payment guidelines
• Work with business units, agent banks/correspondent banks to resolve remittance queries
• Process failed remittances in accordance to procedures
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Team Manager

Job requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in finance or any related fields
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in banking operations role
• Related experience in payments is a plus
• Good to have experience in banking or financial industry.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint with O365.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to effectively communicate with the team
