Job summary

SCIENTE seeks a Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and IT teams for transaction banking capabilities. You will gather requirements, document processes, and ensure alignment through the development lifecycle of banking project features.

Required 5–8 years of BA experience in banking, with knowledge of PayNow and digital payments. You will work closely with technical teams, map processes, and support SIT/UAT while maintaining regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Degree and 5–8 years of Business Analyst experience in banking.
• Knowledge of Transaction Banking products (cash management, payments, collection).
• Experience in requirement documentation and process mapping.
• Basic understanding of banking operations.
• Experience with PayNow application.
• Exposure to digital payments or real‑time payment systems.
• Ability to work with technical teams and understand system flows, APIs, and integration concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced project environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Transaction banking services.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into clear specifications.
• Work with IT and development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Prepare BRDs, functional specifications (FSDs), and process flows.
• Support gap analysis, impact assessment, and solution design discussions.
• Participate in SIT and UAT, including test case preparation and defect tracking.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory and internal banking standards where applicable.
• Provide ongoing support during the development phase and assist in issue resolution.
