Job summary

Qualifications

• Work Order Management: facilitate accurate and timely creation and submission of work orders.
• Order Validation & Compliance: ensure accuracy and compliance prior to submission.
• Stakeholder Coordination: address discrepancies and escalate issues to appropriate parties.
• Order Monitoring & Reporting: track progress and provide visibility for timely completion.
• Operational Excellence: identify gaps and contribute to workflow improvements.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal teams to facilitate timely work order creation and submission.
• Review order information and approvals to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor outstanding actions and escalate delays to the right parties.
• Track work order progress and report turnaround times and status.
• Identify process gaps and contribute to efficiency initiatives.
