Job summary

EAST EMPLOYMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a responsible Operations Admin to support daily activities in the frozen food sector. You will handle daily admin tasks and ensure accurate records across orders, invoices, and documentation.

The role is based at Tuas, Singapore, with a 6-day work week. Strong Excel/Outlook skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail are essential for success in coordinating with warehouse staff, drivers, and customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative or operations support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in logistics, warehouse administration, or food distribution is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative duties and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Process sales orders, delivery orders, invoices, and other operational documents.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, suppliers, and customers on delivery schedules and order fulfilment.
• Assist with inventory records, stock movements, and data entry.
• Monitor and follow up on orders, deliveries, and outstanding documents.
• Maintain proper filing of operational records and reports.
• Provide general administrative support to the operations team.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
