Job summary

World Auto Pte Ltd is seeking an administrative coordinator to support daily rental operations in Singapore. You will process work orders, prepare reimbursements, and coordinate replacement vehicle arrangements to ensure smooth service delivery.

The role involves assisting customers with check-ins, supporting Service Advisors during peak periods with invoices and payments, and handling ad-hoc admin tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Process daily work orders and ensure accurate updates in the system.
• Prepare and submit rental reimbursement claims and replacement vehicle request forms.
• Coordinate replacement vehicle collection and swap-back arrangements.
• Assist rental car hirers with Season Parking matters when required.
• Assist customers with vehicle check-in and provide basic customer service support.
• Support Service Advisors during busy periods, including opening job cards, generating invoices, and collecting payments.
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
