Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a dependable team member to perform vehicle collection and delivery tasks in line with daily schedules and customer requests.

You will help ensure a positive customer experience through courteous communication, assist with parking, refuelling and vehicle movement, and support workshop staff by moving cars safely to designated areas. The role may include light admin duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely vehicle collection and delivery services in accordance with daily schedules and customer arrangements.
• Deliver a positive customer experience through courteous, professional and clear communication.
• Support Service Advisors and workshop operations by safely moving vehicles to designated areas.
• Assist with vehicle parking, repositioning and refuelling as needed.
• Ensure company replacement vehicles are clean and presentable, with mileage records maintained accurately and fuel levels monitored.
• Support office operations by collecting purchased items and carrying out routine administrative errands.
• Undertake other reasonable and relevant operational duties assigned by the supervisor.
