Job summary

Dr Ora is seeking a proactive Admin & Operations Assistant to oversee daily packing operations, inventory control, and documentation, ensuring accurate records in a fast-paced beauty brand environment.

You will update Shopify product pages, pricing, bundles and campaigns; coordinate with vendors, internal teams and customers, assist with basic bookkeeping, and support marketing campaigns and Canva designs. This role offers growth in a friendly team and exposure to ecommerce best practices.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in admin, marketing support, e-commerce, customer service, or a similar role.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-moving environment.
• Familiar with Google Sheets, Canva, Shopify, and basic e-commerce tools.

Responsibilities

• Admin & Operations: daily packing, inventory and filing, and coordination.
• Website & E-commerce: update Shopify products, pricing, bundles, and campaigns; review listings and promos.
• Customer Service & Marketing: respond to inquiries, assist with campaigns, and support Canva designs.
