Job summary

Oriental Remedies Group (ORG) is seeking a proactive Warehouse & E-Commerce Fulfilment Coordinator to manage daily warehouse operations, maintain stock accuracy, and coordinate cross-location logistics for clinic supplies and retail stock. You will process inbound shipments, support e‑commerce orders on Shopee/Lazada, handle returns, and assist with stock for events and new clinic openings.

Travel to clinic locations across Singapore will be required; contract is renewable for 6 months.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or e-commerce fulfilment.
• Familiarity with inventory management practices and basic stock control.
• Physically able to handle goods (lifting, packing, setup).
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation discipline.
• Organised with ability to manage time across locations and tasks.
• Willingness to travel regularly to clinic locations and event venues in Singapore.
• Flexible with working hours during event periods, including weekends.
• Experience with Shopee and Lazada seller fulfilment is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of warehouse management tools is a plus.
• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the warehouse to keep it organised, clean, and safety-compliant.
• Receive, inspect, and log inbound goods including clinic consumables and retail stock.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Coordinate replenishment of clinic supplies across locations with Procurement & Vendor Executive.
• Arrange and track delivery or collection of supplies to clinic locations.
• Flag low stock levels, damaged goods, or storage issues promptly.
• Support ad hoc logistics tasks across locations as required by Workplace Services Manager.
• Partner with e-commerce fulfilment to process orders and manage returns.
• Assist with events and new clinic openings or renovations as needed.
