Job summary

TEAMLINK MARKETING PTE LTD is seeking an Ecommerce Assistant to support the Operations Team, ensuring smooth order fulfilment and excellent customer care from initial enquiry to post-sale follow-up.

You will process orders across online and marketplace channels, handle pre- and post-sale inquiries, and coordinate with warehouse to keep orders moving. You will maintain records, troubleshoot issues, and gradually take ownership of the day-to-day order flow as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Experience with online orders, marketplaces, or customer service is a plus and training will be provided.
• Strong problem solver who can think on their feet when things do not go to plan.
• Clear communicator who works well with different teams, from customers to the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Support daily order fulfilment across online and marketplace channels, ensuring orders are processed, packed, and shipped on time.
• Handle pre-sale inquiries (sizing, stock, delivery timelines) and post-sale follow ups (order status, returns, exchanges).
• Coordinate with warehouse and cross-functional teams to keep orders moving and resolve issues quickly.
• Keep order and customer records accurate and up to date.
• Flag stock, delivery, or listing issues early and troubleshoot basic glitches on platforms to avoid delays.
• Take ownership of tasks and graduate to running day-to-day order and customer service flow independently.
• Assist with marketplace admin and ad hoc ecommerce tasks as the business grows.

We are looking for an Ecommerce Assistant to work hand in hand with our Operations Team, making sure every order goes out smoothly and every customer is well looked after from first enquiry to after sale.

What you will do

• Support daily order fulfilment across our online and marketplace channels, making sure orders are processed, packed, and shipped on time
• Handle pre sale customer enquiries (sizing, stock, delivery timelines) and post sale follow ups (order status, returns, exchanges) across our platforms
• Work closely with cross functional teams, including the warehouse, to keep orders moving and resolve issues quickly
• Keep order and customer records accurate and up to date
• Flag stock, delivery, or listing issues early, and troubleshoot technical glitches on our platforms so they do not hold up orders
• Take ownership of your tasks and, over time, be able to run the day to day order and customer service flow independently
• Pitch in on marketplace admin and ad hoc ecommerce tasks as the business grows

What we are looking for
