Job summary

Lau (International) Distribution Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a motivated and organized E-Commerce Assistant to support store management, order fulfillment, and customer care across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and our brand website.

You will assist in campaigns, monitor stock, and compile basic sales data for weekly reviews, with a focus on accuracy, speed, and teamwork. Ideal candidates have local e-commerce platform experience and proficiency in Excel and Canva.

Qualifications

• Experience managing local e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop backend dashboards) preferred.
• Industry passion in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or wellness.
• Proficient in Excel and Canva for data management and minor image touch-ups.

Responsibilities

• Store Management: Maintain and update product listings, descriptions, stock counts, and imagery on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and our brand website.
• Order Fulfillment: Process daily e-commerce orders, coordinate pick-and-pack tasks, and liaise with third-party logistics partners.
• Customer Care: Respond to customer inquiries, live chats, reviews, and returns across all digital channels.
• Marketing & Campaign Support: Assist in setting up platform-specific vouchers, discounts, flash sales, and seasonal campaigns (e.g., 11.11, 12.12).
• Inventory Monitoring: Track stock levels daily and coordinate replenishment with the inventory team.
• Performance Tracking: Compile basic sales data and traffic reports for weekly reviews.
