Job summary

ACHIEVE CAREER CONSULTANT PTE LTD is seeking a fulfilment supervisor to manage the online grocery fulfilment team, ensuring timely and accurate order processing. You will investigate stock discrepancies, damaged and returned items, and handle customer enquiries related to online orders.

You will coach the team to hit daily targets and plan manpower for smooth daily operations. The role requires leadership experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile apps, and the ability to lift up

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in retail, warehouse, logistics, inventory or e-commerce fulfilment.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & mobile applications.
• Able to lift up to 20kg.
