Job summary

SATS Ltd. is seeking an Intern in Operational Excellence Outreach at Terminal 2 in Singapore. The role supports the team with administrative tasks, project coordination, content creation, and performance tracking across the organization.

You will craft engaging visuals, assist with market research, and collaborate across departments to drive process improvements and standard work initiatives. This internship emphasizes data-driven storytelling and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

Basic skills in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Lean, Six-Sigma or quality systems certified (not mandatory)

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and coordination support for the Operational Excellence team.
Create marketing collaterals or visuals to showcase improvements.
Present insights and performance via dashboards, summaries, or reports.
Conduct market research analyses to inform priorities.
