Job summary

SATS Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an Operational Performance Analytics professional to analyze service and customer data, identify trends and opportunities for improvement across stations and accounts.

You will support the development and maintenance of Excel/Power BI dashboards and management reports, translate findings into concise executive-ready narratives, and partner with stakeholders to drive continuous performance improvements across the network.

Qualifications

Strong analytical capability with large or messy datasets.
Excel and data visualization skills are essential.
Structured problem-solving and process mapping are advantageous.
Ability to translate analysis into clear presentations for stakeholders.
High ownership and agility in learning new processes.

Responsibilities

Operational Performance Analytics - analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities across stations/accounts.
Dashboard & KPI Reporting - support development and maintenance of Excel/Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and management reporting.
Root Cause & Improvement Analysis - perform deep-dives into issues using shipment/process data; aid root-cause categorisation and corrective actions.
Management & Customer Presentations - translate findings into executive-ready presentations with insights and recommendations.
Service Delivery & Continuous Improvement Support - support regional/global delivery initiatives and track agreed actions with stakeholders.
