Job summary

GMP Recruitment Services (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an Operations Team Leader for the Infra Sol. Dept./IT Operation and Service Management team. The role emphasizes budgeting, resource planning, and coordinating project handovers with customers.

You will lead the team, oversee internal processes, and report forecasts daily while fostering strong vendor relationships to support economical operation costs and service quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of team leading, budgeting, and schedule management experience.
• ITIL V3/V4 certification required.
• Knowledge of On-Prem/Cloud/Network/Server for operation cost estimation.
• Bachelor's degree in any field; ability to adapt to new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operation team and manage budget, resources, and schedules.
• Coordinate internal processes before sharing with customers; manage handovers.
• Lead business partners and vendors for cost estimation and procurement.
• Escalate major issues and report forecasts to management.
• Conduct daily team meetings and ensure knowledge transfer.
• Maintain customer relationships as needed.

key responsibilities

• Manage Team budget as and when, closing period and yearly budgeting or forecast period.
• Manage resource and allocate resource accurately
• Manage each proposal for internal process before share with customer Manage Project team and operation team knowledge transfer or operation handover when neccesary
• Manage business partner and vendor as aLead and manage team members to estimate Maintenane support, Operation support cost
• Escalate and report to Managers while project facing major issue
• Report manager in daily basis in terms of budget, resource and operation forecast schedule
• Daily Team management and meeting is mandatory task.
• Manage customer relationship when neccesary

key requirements

• Must have Minimum 5 years of Team leading, Team budget, Team schedule & Team resource management experience
• Must have ITIL V3 / V4 certified
• Must have knowledge in On Prem/Cloud/Network/Server for Operation cost estimation purpose
• Must possess at least bachelors degree in any field.- Should have Demonstrate the ability and desire to adapt to new technologies.
• Should have ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good to have Familiar with cloud services-related software and hardware technology and products
• Good to have experience in handling projects related to the software-defined data center or cloud service infrastructure
• Good to have willingness to travel when project assigned.
