Job summary

GETZ CLEANZ PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on supervisor in Singapore to oversee daily operations and coordinate cleaning services. You will ensure smooth workflow, maintain equipment functionality, uphold quality standards, and promote workplace safety.

You will support management with operational tasks and produce regular production reports, while leading on-site teams and coordinating inspections to meet regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and arrange staff work schedules to meet operational needs
• Analyze and resolve work-related problems promptly to minimize disruptions
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while collaborating effectively with team members
• Assist the Manager in daily operational activities to support business objectives
• Lead and supervise teams on site to ensure task completion and adherence to standards
• Monitor machinery operation to prevent breakdowns and maintain product quality
• Operate cleaning equipment and machinery safely and effectively
• Coordinate work site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Produce weekly and monthly production reports to track performance and progress
• Investigate and assess the quality and standards of caretaking and cleaning services at various establishments
• Assist on day to day cleaning on site if required
