Job summary

A&D Cleaning Services in Singapore is seeking a hands-on cleaning operative to support multiple outlets. The role involves extensive cleaning duties, operation of scrubbers and high-pressure jets, and ensuring smooth project operations across sites.

You will train cleaners, manage staff rostering including night shifts, and travel to various outlets as required to maintain high cleaning standards and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% hands-on cleaning tasks including plate collection, dishwashing, area and toilet cleaning.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as scrubbers, high-pressure water jets, and carpet shampooers.
• Ensure project operations run smoothly and timely.
• Train cleaners when required and manage staff schedules including night shifts.
• Travel to different outlets as needed to support operations and coverage.
• Inspect job sites for quality, cleanliness, and supplies inventory.
• Address client complaints promptly and professionally.
• Resolve issues efficiently to prevent delays in service delivery.
• Attend to any immediate problems to maintain service quality.

Job description

• 1) 100% hands on , to perform cleaning duties ( including plate collecting, dishwashing, area cleaning and toilet cleaning of outlets )
• 2) Ability to operate cleaning equipment (i.e, Scrubber , High pressure water jet, carpet shampoo cleaning)
• 3) Ensure project operations run smoothly
• 4) Train cleaners whenever required
• 5) Scheduling of staff working days , able to cover off days and undertake split shift working hours ( incuding night shift)
• 6) Able to travel to different outlets as and when needed
• 7) Responsible for inspecting job site for proper cleaning and inventory cleaning supplies
• 8) To attend to client's complaints promptly
• 9) To resovle problems efficiently without unnecessary delay
