Job summary

RS Facilities Services Pte Ltd is seeking a capable on-site supervisor to lead the daily cleaning team, ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met, and maintain open communication with clients to align service delivery with operational needs across client premises.

In this role you will supervise work assignments, monitor schedules, adapt to rotating shifts, perform hands-on cleaning as required, and promptly report equipment faults to clients and management to ensure timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant cleaning or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the on-site cleaning team to execute daily cleaning operations at client premises efficiently
• Monitor and follow up on periodic cleaning schedules and client requests to ensure service quality
• Assign cleaning duties and ad-hoc tasks to site team members to meet operational requirements
• Perform hands-on cleaning duties as needed to maintain overall cleanliness standards
• Communicate clearly with clients to address operational needs and gather feedback for service improvement
• Identify and report equipment faults promptly to clients and management for timely resolution
• Adapt to rotating shifts including AM, PM, midnight shifts, and non-weekend off days based on job location
• Read, speak, and write English to understand instructions and communicate effectively with clients and team
