Job summary

• Greet guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner.
• Inform managers of customer feedback and suggestions.
• Develop and plan menus and daily specials.
• Establish maintenance and cleaning schedules for equipment and storage.
• Manage food costing and inventory.
• Be flexible with rotating shifts, including holidays and weekends; team player with good attitude.
