Job summary

LS 2 MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee cleaning teams at East locations. You will ensure SOP and service standard adherence, and conduct site inspections with clients to address gaps.

Responsibilities include planning schedules, deploying manpower, reviewing reports for monthly meetings, and driving process improvements. Strong communication and supervision skills are required, with daily roll calls and KPI focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in cleaning operations or a related field.
• Able to work at East location(s).
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, with alternate weekend duties.
• Good communication and basic supervisory skills.

• Perform other reasonable ad-hoc operational duties as assigned.
