Job summary

RS Facilities Services Pte Ltd is seeking a capable supervisor to lead the on-site cleaning team and ensure daily operations meet client expectations.

You will supervise staff, coordinate schedules, perform hands-on cleaning when required, and maintain open communication with clients to drive service quality and responsiveness.

The role requires adapting to rotating AM/PM/midnight shifts and using web tools to streamline operations and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant cleaning or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the on-site cleaning team to execute daily cleaning operations at client premises.
• Monitor and follow up on periodic cleaning schedules and client requests to ensure service quality.
• Assign cleaning duties and ad-hoc tasks to site team members to meet operational requirements.
• Perform hands-on cleaning duties as needed to maintain overall cleanliness standards.
• Communicate clearly with clients to address operational needs and gather feedback for service improvement.
• Identify and report equipment faults promptly to clients and management for timely resolution.
• Adapt to rotating shifts including AM, PM, midnight shifts, and non-weekend off days based on job location.
• Use web browsers and mobile applications to support operational tasks and communication.
• Read, speak, and write English to understand instructions and communicate effectively with clients and team.
