Job summary

Lokal Space SG is seeking a capable operations lead to oversee daily hotel department activities across islandwide locations in Singapore. You will coordinate with the director on planning and execution, and work with HR for manpower planning, including interviews if required.

The role emphasizes improving KPIs, acting as a communication bridge between management and staff, resolving conflicts, handling complaints, and ensuring guest satisfaction. OT and weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work OT including weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work islandwide locations and travel to multiple sites daily.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and activity for Hotel department.
• Liaise with director on planning and execution of tasks/projects.
• Liaise with HR for manpower planning and conduct interviews if required.

• Assist HR & Director to develop and improve KPI’s
• Act as a communication conduct between management and staff.
• Resolve conflicts and mediate disputes between employees.
• Attend to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction
• Any other duties assigned by directors

Requirements

• Able to work in islandwide locations, and able to go to multiple locations daily.
• Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays.
• Atleast 2-3 years’s of relevant experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
