Job summary

INFINIX HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated housekeeping attendant to maintain spotless guest rooms and public areas across islandwide locations in Singapore. You will manage keys, stock trolleys, and ensure rooms meet our cleanliness standards for guest satisfaction.

The role requires OT availability, weekend work, and strong grooming and interpersonal skills. Experience is welcome but not required; training will be provided to ensure high service levels.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas.
• Handle keys for assigned areas and keep them secure.
• Keep trolleys stocked with linens and supplies for room cleaning.
• Ensure rooms meet housekeeping standards for checkout and guest satisfaction.
• Replenish room supplies and toiletries as needed.
• Clean maid pantry and service area daily.
• Remove dirty service trays, trolleys, cutlery, and crockery from corridors.
• Verify room status against daily attendant reports.
• Clean approximately 15 rooms per day on average.
• Report maintenance defects to housekeeping office.
• Report lost and found items to the relevant department.
• Report irregularities to hotel management or supervisor.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required by management.

Job description

Role and Responsibilities

1. To ensure the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the guest rooms and public areas to ensure a welcoming hospitality.

2. Collection and signing in and out the keys for assigned areas.

3. To ensure that trolleys are fully stocked with linens and supplies needed for room cleaning.

4. Ensuring that guests' rooms and check-out rooms are cleaned in accordance with the housekeeping requirements.

5. Replenishing of room supplies and toiletries for guest rooms and check-out rooms to ensure guests' satisfaction.

6. Cleaning and maintaining the maid pantry and service area daily.

7. Removal of all dirty service trays & trolleys, cutleries and crockeries from guest corridors.

8. To check that all room status is the same as the Room Attendant daily report.

9. Responsible for cleaning of 15 rooms daily on average.

10. Reporting of any maintenance defects to the housekeeping office.

11. Reporting of any lost and found to the relevant department for their necessary actions.

12. Reporting of all irregularities spotted to the hotel management/direct supervisor.

13. Performing of ah-hoc duties as per requested by the hotel management/direct supervisor.
