Job summary

DEXTERITY SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations across our cleaning services, directing site cleaners and ensuring timely delivery.

You will plan schedules, manage tasks, and coordinate resources, including maintenance of equipment. Island-wide deployment and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays are required. Must hold a Diploma and have 2–3 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Facilities Management or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in cleaning, facilities services/management, hospitality, or commercial sectors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and persuasive skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Well-groomed with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive work attitude; able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day operational management.
• Instruct and supervise site cleaners to ensure daily operations across required areas.
• Coordinate and manage tasks and assignments.
• Plan and deliver schedules for needs, such as periodic cleaning timetables, using manpower and equipment.
• Oversee servicing and maintenance of cleaning equipment.
