Job summary

DUSTAWAY SERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks an operations-ready professional to oversee hotel department daily activities and coordinate with directors on planning and execution. You will support KPI development and act as a communication bridge between management and staff.

Candidates should be able to work across islandwide locations, with overtime as required, and possess 2-3 years of relevant experience along with strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work in islandwide locations and visit multiple locations daily.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and activity for Hotel department.
• Liaise with director on planning and execution of tasks/projects.
• Liaise with HR Department for manpower planning and, if required, conduct interviews.
• Assist HR & Director to develop and improve KPIs.
• Act as a communication conduit between management and staff.
• Resolve conflicts and mediate disputes between employees.
• Attend to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction.
• Any other duties assigned by directors.
