Drive profitability by monitoring performance, enforcing SOPs, and expanding successful outlets. This role demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to develop a high-performing workforce in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of operations management experience in beauty, wellness, spa or retail.
• Proven experience managing multiple outlets.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple beauty salon outlets.
• Lead, coach, and motivate Outlet Managers and salon teams to achieve sales and service targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high treatment and service standards.
• Monitor outlet performance, productivity, and profitability.
• Implement and maintain company SOPs, policies, and operational excellence.
• Train and develop outlet teams to build a high-performing workforce.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Work closely with Management on business strategies, promotions, and outlet expansion.
