Job summary

SKYSTAR ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Construction Project Lead to oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to budget, and maintained quality standards.

You will manage site managers, engineers, and subcontractors, run regular meetings, prepare budgets and schedules, liaise with clients and authorities, and report progress to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all construction projects from start to finish to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Manage and lead site managers, engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors. Conduct daily/weekly site meetings and performance reviews
• Prepare project budgets, monitor costs, approve expenditures, and control project expenses to maximize profitability
• Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and ensure smooth workflow across multiple sites
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, vendors, and government authorities. Handle negotiations and resolve disputes
• Prepare and present progress reports and financial reports to senior management.
• Any other duties as assigned by management to support overall business operations
