Job summary

CGS CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Construction Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end projects, plan, schedule, and coordinate with teams to deliver on time and within budget.

You will develop safety policies, manage budgets, coordinate with architects and engineers, supervise workers, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across multiple sites.

• Managing projects from beginning to end: planning, scheduling, budgeting, coordinating with teams, and supervising workers.
• Developing and enforcing safety standards, policies, and procedures for the workplace.
• Evaluating safety standards on site and enforcing regulations to ensure worker safety.
• Overseeing the bidding process for contracts and hiring subcontractors or outside labor as needed.
• Managing the project budget, including ordering supplies and materials.
• Directing and overseeing all construction project aspects from start to finish, scheduling and organizing workers’ tasks and materials.
• Working with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to develop construction plans and schedules.
• Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget by managing daily operations such as equipment maintenance and labor scheduling.
