Job summary

straits marine supply pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Operations/Warehouse professional to oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, manage materials and order tracking, and coordinate vessel daily and charter requirements.

You will liaise with internal offices, suppliers and clients to ensure on-time deliveries, prepare vessel schedules, and coordinate with Master, PSA, Jurong Port and terminals. Driving licence is required and 4 years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 4 years relevant work experience in ship supply or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), detail-oriented, ability to eye for details and work under pressure.
• Good communication, self-motivated, team player, and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Driving licence is required.
• Pleasant personality and good attitude.

Job Responsibilities :-

• - Responsible for carrying out process studies, implementation of systems and executing for work improvements.


• - Arranging with suppliers for ship supply and scheduling of daily local deliveries and collection.


• - Prepare and monitor vessel schedules and port activities on vessel arrival and departure.


• - Liaise between internal offices, suppliers and clients to follow up deliveries on time.


• - Coordinate vessel movement and communicate with Master, PSA, Jurong Port and terminals.


• - Checking items, packing for delivery and collection.


• - Perform other assignments from time to time when required.


• - Assistant Operation Manager post are welcome.
