Job summary

4EVER ANGELS BEAUTY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple beauty salon outlets, lead outlet managers and salon teams, and drive sales and service targets while upholding high treatment standards.

You will monitor performance, productivity, and profitability, implement SOPs, train staff, handle customer feedback, and collaborate with Management on promotions and outlet expansion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of operations management experience in beauty, wellness, aesthetic, spa, or retail industry.
