Job summary

SHAKURA PIGMENTATION BEAUTY PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable salon operations lead to oversee daily activities and ensure smooth outlet operations.

You will supervise beauticians and customer service consultants, manage staff schedules, monitor performance, and drive a high-standard customer experience. Responsible for inventory, hygiene, safety and adherence to SOPs.

• Experience leading a beauty salon or service-oriented team.
• Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the beauty salon and ensure smooth outlet operations.
• Lead, supervise and motivate a team of beauticians and customer service consultants.
• Assign daily duties, manage staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower coverage.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, punctuality and service standards.
• Ensure all customers receive excellent service and a positive salon experience.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally and effectively.
• Conduct customer consultations and recommend suitable beauty, facial, slimming and body treatments.
• Monitor outlet sales performance and work with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coach and motivate team members to improve their service, product knowledge and sales performance.
• Ensure proper follow-up with customers and maintain good customer relationships.
• Monitor inventory, treatment products and salon supplies to ensure sufficient stock.
• Ensure the outlet maintains high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety.
• Ensure all treatments and services are carried out according to company SOPs.
• Handle daily administrative and operational matters, including cash handling and outlet reporting.
• Conduct regular staff briefings and provide on-the-job training where necessary.
• Escalate operational, staffing or customer issues to management when required.
• Support company promotions, campaigns and other activities to drive outlet performance.
• Lead by example and maintain a professional, positive and customer-focused working environment.
