Job summary

SINGTEC SECURITY PTE LTD is seeking a capable operations professional to lead the hiring process, roster planning, and license renewal activities while managing security operations across Singapore and India. The role requires coordinating with top management, improving policies, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee daily operations, work with external partners, and drive company growth through effective team leadership and system improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Security Agency
• Willing to work in shifts (6 days/week) including weekends/public holidays
• Willing to travel to India and China frequently
• Stationed in Singapore and India

Responsibilities

• In charge of hiring process
• In charge of daily roster planning
• In charge of operational related paperwork and annual evaluation security agency license renewal
• Oversees daily security operation functions
• Promotes and enforces safety in the workplace
• Liaise with top management to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
• Plan and monitor day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress
• Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors
• Evaluate overall performance by gathering and interpreting data and metrics
• Ensure compliance with regulations and legality of the company
• Execute plans to meet company goals by changing policies and coaching employees
• Identify improvement areas and implement systems to boost company effectiveness

• Assists top management in setting goals that promote company growth
• Provides advice and guidance to colleagues
• Manages operation team workloads in order to meet goals and deadlines
• Improves existing systems and policies
• Promotes and enforces safety in the workplace

• Works closely with other departments
