Job summary

RECRUIT FAST PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics professional to support airfreight operations in Singapore. You will coordinate receipt, handling, and delivery of cargo while maintaining regulatory compliance.

The role requires 2+ years in airfreight import operations, strong documentation skills, and the ability to liaise with carriers, agents, and customers. You will help maintain records and support billing and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Airfreight Import operations, including documentation, customs clearance, and shipment coordination.
• Familiarity with airway bills, customs regulations, and freight forwarding processes.
• Ability to prepare and verify export documents accurately.
• Ability to liaise with carriers, agents, and customers professionally.
• Experience in handling customer complaints and providing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee air freight operations, including receipt, handling, and delivery of cargo.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures in the air cargo industry.
• Coordinate with customers, airlines, ground handlers, and stakeholders to ensure timely movement of cargo.
• Prepare and process required documentation, such as air waybills, customs clearance documents, and invoices.
• Monitor and track shipments, providing regular updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Handle and resolve any issues or exceptions related to cargo, including delays, damages, or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, customer service, and warehousing, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all air cargo operations, including cargo manifests, shipment details, and billing information.
• Accuracy billing on timely basis
• Stay abreast with current trends (internal & external) that impact the function as well as business of the organization and proactively provide such feedback to internal stakeholders.
• Any other tasks assigned by the Manager.
