Job summary

RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD. is helping a leading chemical provider recruit an Operation Executive to strengthen the operations team in the West region of Singapore.

The role focuses on end-to-end APAC order processing, shipping, and logistics support across import/export activities. The successful candidate will coordinate with regional planners, warehouses, freight forwarders, customs agents, and customers, ensuring timely fulfilment, accurate invoicing, and sales recognition, while monitoring OTIF

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or equivalent.
• 5-6 years working experience in logistics or related field.
• Experience in Logistics, Import/Export/LC/Customer Service, Purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end APAC drop shipment and import order processing.
• Coordinate with planners, warehouses, freight forwarders, transporters, customs agents, and customers.
• Prepare shipping documentation including LC, Bills of Lading, insurance, import/export documents, and customs clearance.
• Monitor shipment status, inventory movements, OTIF performance, and cost efficiency.
• Provide order updates, shipping schedules, COA, logistics information, and regular operational reports.
• Assist with inventory management, stock counts, and backup support for deliveries and inventory control.

Our client is a leading chemical provider. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Operation Executive to support and strengthen their operations team. They are located in the West - easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end APAC drop shipment and import order processing, ensuring timely order fulfilment, invoicing, and sales recognition.
• Coordinate with regional planners, warehouses, freight forwarders, transporters, customs agents, and customers to ensure smooth logistics and supply chain operations.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including Letters of Credit (LC), Bills of Lading, insurance, import/export documents, and customs clearance requirements.
• Monitor shipment status, inventory movements, GRN processing, OTIF performance, and cost efficiency while minimizing demurrage, storage, and transportation expenses.
• Support sales and customers by providing order updates, shipping schedules, certificates of analysis (COA), logistics information, and regular operational reports.
• Assist with inventory management, annual stock counts, invoice verification, and provide backup support for local deliveries, exports, tolling/blending operations, and inventory control.

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or equivalent
• 5-6 years working experience in relevant field
• Experience in Logistics, Import/Export/LC/Customer Service, Purchasing
• Experience in Oracle, SAP, Microsoft office
