Job summary

• Train cleaners on job scope and responsibilities to ensure clear understanding and compliance
• Monitor and evaluate cleaners' work performance to maintain high cleaning standards
• Deploy cleaners efficiently to meet operational needs and schedules
• Update and maintain daily timesheets accurately for workforce tracking
• Use basic Microsoft Excel and Word skills to support administrative tasks related to cleaning operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Ability to operate cleaning machines such as Hi-Jet, Scrubber, or Single disc to support cleaning tasks
• Possession of a Class 3 driving license to facilitate cleaner deployment and logistics
• Skills in recruitment to assist in hiring suitable cleaning personnel
