Job summary

SOLUTE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is hiring a capable on-site supervisor to plan, schedule, and oversee cleaning operations, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and operational benchmarks.

You will lead a team of supervisors, team leaders, and cleaners, manage service requests and feedback, apply WHS standards, and use PC and smart devices to monitor performance and report outcomes. This role requires strong communication and a proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Required competencies including a valid Class 3 Driving License.
• Degree or Diploma in a relevant field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in the cleaning industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily on-site assessments to plan, schedule, and execute cleaning operations, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and operational benchmarks
• Manage and lead a team of Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Cleaners to deliver high-quality cleaning services within budget constraints and performance KPIs
• Serve as the primary point of contact for service requests and customer feedback, driving continuous improvement in service levels and performance standards
• Apply knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) standards to maintain compliance and promote a safe working environment
• Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness in cleaning processes
• Communicate professionally via email and other channels to coordinate tasks and report on service outcomes
• Demonstrate autonomy by managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a positive and responsible work attitude
• Utilize PC and smart device proficiency to support operational management and reporting
