Job summary

kelle services pte. ltd. is seeking a Cleaning Manager to oversee cleaning operations across sites, ensuring high service standards and client satisfaction.

You will supervise supervisors and cleaners, plan rosters, and conduct site inspections to uphold quality and safety. The role requires at least 3 years in cleaning or facilities management, knowledge of NEA and MOM regulations, a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cleaning or facilities management.
• Good knowledge of NEA licensing requirements, MOM regulations relating to the cleaning industry, cleaning standards, audits, and quality management systems.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License.
• Proven experience supervising and managing teams.
• Can independently develop SOPs and governance frameworks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety procedures.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and scheduling.
