Job summary

ARRAY ENGINEERING & FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced facilities management professional to lead the in-house maintenance team in the eastern part of Singapore.

This role requires coordinating contractors, managing daily operations, and delivering timely remedial actions while maintaining strong relations with staff, tenants, and management. Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in Engineering with 5–8 years of relevant experience; certifications in energy management

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering with 8 years of relevant experience or Degree in Engineering with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Certifications such as Singapore Certified Energy Manager or Green Mark Accredited Professional or EMA licensing will be advantageous for the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the in-house maintenance team to handle daily facilities maintenance issues.
• Supervise and manage contractors to fulfil contractual obligations and ensure smooth building operations.
• Attend to tenant/client feedback and take timely remedial actions.
• Promote good relations with staff, contractors and management.
• Prepare quotations and Bills of Quantity as required; conduct quotation exercises.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as directed by Management.

Job description

We are a SME FM Company. We are looking for potential candidates to join our company. This position will be stationed in the eastern part of Singapore.

Job Description

• To take charge and lead the in-house maintenance team in all daily facilities maintenance issues.
• Supervise and manage contractors in fulfilling their contractual obligation and ensure smooth operation of the buildings.
• Attend to feedback by tenants/ clients, to recommend and take remedial actions in a timely manner.
• Promote good relations with our staff, contractors and management.
• Prepare quotation for service, conduct quotation exercise and prepare bills of quantity as required.
• Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management.

Requirements

• Must be willing to work in the East (Near SAF ferry terminal)
• Candidates should possess at least a Diploma in Engineering with 8 years of relevant working experience or a Degree in Engineering with 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Candidates with Singapore Certified Energy Manager or Green Mark Accredited Professional or Facilities Management or Licensed Electrical Worker accredited by EMA will be an advantage or Fire Safety Manager / Senior Fire Safety Manager.
• Good command of languages.
• Good communication skills.
• Well versed in Words, Excel and Powerpoint presentation.
• Knowledge in green and sustainability built environment.
• Good People Management Skills.
• Prefer candidates who can commerce early.
