Job summary

AIM RECRUIT CONSULTANCY PTE. LIMITED is seeking an Operation Coordinator to support end-to-end operations at Alexandra, Singapore. You will manage order creation, processing, amendments and ensure timely execution, while coordinating with internal teams and customers.

You will also validate invoices, monitor freight and insurance billing, and drive process improvements through automation and data analysis. A diploma or degree with 3+ years of relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Import/Export processes and Incoterms.

Responsibilities

• Manage order creation, processing, amendments and ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Oversee shipping documentation, coordinate with internal teams, customers and stakeholders.
• Validate, reconcile, and process supplier invoices & submission to Finance.
• Monitor freight & insurance billing, investigate discrepancies and prepare management reports.
• Manage and optimize RPA, AI and automation processes to enhance operational efficiency.

• Manage order creation, processing, amendments and ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Oversee shipping documentation, coordinate with internal teams, customers/stakeholders.
• Validate, reconcile, and process supplier invoices & submission to the Finance.
• Monitor freight & insurance billing, investigate discrepancies and prepare management reports.
• Manage and optimize RPA, AI, and automation processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyze operational issues, identify root causes, implement solutions, and drive process improvements.

• Diploma / Degree Holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Comfortable with working overtime and overseas travel. Proficiency in (Excel, Word, PowerPoints)
• Knowledge of Import / Export (Incoterm / Invoice & packing list etc)
