Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking a logistics support professional in Singapore to manage terminal clearance, flight alerts, and shipment labeling and data entry. You will coordinate with network offices, customers, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery, including inbound/outbound processes and local deliveries by the in-house team. A Class 3 driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Advantage if the candidate has work experience in freight/courier industry.
• MUST HAVE CLASS 3 DRIVING LICENCE.

Responsibilities

• Terminal clearance - inbound and outbound.
• Check flight alerts & pre-alerts.
• Coordinate with Network offices & customers.
• Scanning, processing & labeling of shipments.
• Knowledge of MAWB / HAWB & other cargo-related documents.
• Handle Outlook emails.
• Data entries in the system and ensure all shipments are delivered as per SLA.
• Imports & Exports - coordinate with the CS team and Vendors.
• Singapore Deliveries - coordinate with Vendors and in-house delivery team.
