OPERATION ADMIN

Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking a capable logistics admin to receive new job orders, follow up with customers, and manage import/export shipments of materials.

You will handle complaints, coordinate repair schedules with the workshop, and apply necessary customs and GST permits as needed. Additionally, you will check vessel timings, monitor the empty return yard, and perform other admin and billing tasks in a fast-paced environment in the West Area, with company transport from Pioneer/Choa Chu Kang

Qualifications

• Min GCE 'N' or 'O' Levels.
• Min 2 years working experience and 1 year in a similar industry.
• Familiar with common logistics software and MS Office.
• PC literate.
• Well organized and able to multi-task.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work in West Area with company transport from Pioneer/Choa Chu Kang MRT.
