• 15+ years of professional experience in executive search, leadership advisory, or senior talent roles.
• Credibility with C-suite, Board members, and Family Office principals.
• Founder mindset with entrepreneurial ownership.
• Able to build a market independently while leveraging a regional platform.
• High integrity, discretion, and sound judgement.

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow Hatch Asia's presence in Indonesia.
• Develop and execute the country-level growth strategy across search and leadership advisory.
• Build long-term relationships with Boards, CEOs, CHROs, and family offices.
• Own country-level revenue performance across executive search and leadership advisory.
• Lead end-to-end executive search assignments for senior leadership roles.
• Maintain ethics, discretion, and candidate care in all engagements.
• Lead leadership succession and assessment engagements for senior roles.
