Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment, executive search or talent advisory.
• Strong track record in business development and client acquisition.
• Ability to independently manage senior client relationships.
• Strong commercial and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• A strong network within a defined industry or functional market is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a new sector or specialist desk from the ground up.
• Win new clients and develop long-term senior-level relationships.
• Lead end-to-end executive search assignments.
• Develop strong candidate networks and market intelligence.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement.
• Build the desk's revenue, reputation and client base.
• As the desk grows, hire and mentor consultants to build a team.
