Salt Talent Search seeks a highly motivated Partner Marketing Contractor to support our partnership initiatives, focusing on operator partners in Indonesia. You will collaborate with PMs, marketing teams, and creative partners to craft compelling campaigns and content slates that drive growth.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in partner or brand marketing, experience with Indonesian operators, and a proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder campaigns with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Partner Marketing, brand marketing, or related roles.
• Experience with major operators in Indonesia.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results with minimal supervision.
• Understanding Indonesian media, entertainment, and consumer landscape is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify and execute marketing opportunities with operator partners to unlock growth.
• Develop, package, and pitch content slates and marketing ideas for operator partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to track timelines and milestones.
• Collaborate with PMC and creative agencies on concepts and messaging for partner channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
